Pizza Maker Papa Dom’s Pizza 1885 Louisville Road, Alcoa, TN 37701 “`Duties“`

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to recipes and quality standards
• Monitor food stock levels and replenish ingredients as needed
• Ensure that the kitchen and food preparation areas are clean and sanitized
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with the receiving and storage of food deliveries
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work station “`Requirements“`
• Previous experience working in a pizza restaurant or similar food service establishment is preferred
• Knowledge of pizza preparation techniques, including dough stretching, sauce application, and topping distribution
• Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough presses
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating cooking times
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
