Position Overview :

We’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused Cashier and Pizza Cook who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, greeting them with a smile and ensuring they have a great experience at Pinky Ring Pizza. You’ll be responsible for taking orders, handling payments, and providing excellent service. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to learn how to make pizzas and grow your skills in our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude. Accurately take and process customer orders, both in person and over the phone. Handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently and accurately. Ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests. Assist with pizza prep and learn to make pizzas as needed. Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu and be able to make recommendations to customers. Collaborate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth and timely service. Assist with stocking and organizing supplies as needed. Provide exceptional customer service that encourages repeat business.

Requirements :

Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for making people happy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy times. Interest in learning how to make pizzas and work in the kitchen.
