We are seeking a reliable and skilled

• Line Cook
• to join our kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in accordance with our recipes and standards. You will work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service during all meal periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food items by grilling, frying, sauting, roasting, etc., according to recipes
• Ensure food is prepared in a timely and consistent manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food prep stations
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
• Communicate effectively with other team members and kitchen staff
• Handle and store ingredients properly
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the chef or kitchen managerQualifications
• Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar role
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during busy hours
• Team player with a positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Culinary school training is a plusPhysical Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced environment
