As a Savory Cook, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, ensuring that our products are of the highest quality and consistently meet our standards. Responsibilities will include preparing and cooking our savory items (many many baguette sandwiches and quiches), maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. You will also be responsible for inventory management, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. We value teamwork and communication in our kitchen, so a positive attitude and willingness to work with others is essential. Candidate needs to be able to Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen Ensure all food and other items are stored properly Check quality of ingredients Monitor stock stand for long hours lift up to 25lbs Skills Proven experience as cook Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.) Ability to follow all sanitation procedures Ability to work in a team Very good communication skills Excellent physical condition and stamina
