Curry Boys BBQ – Nashville 1304 Mcgavock Pike, Nashville, TN 37216 Overview We are seeking dedicated and passionate Back of House Team Members and Cooks to join our culinary team at Curry Boys BBQ. We strive to make your work environment chill, high-energy and overall positive. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, delivering high-quality dishes to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a keen interest in executing culinary excellence. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in menu planning, including seasonal offerings and specials. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining high quality and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to the management team. Skills Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation within the food industry. Knowledge of fine dining standards and practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with menu planning and creativity in dish development is a plus. Familiarity with dietary needs and the ability to assist as a dietary aide when necessary. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, contributing positively to the kitchen atmosphere. Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
