Nicky’s Coal Fired is hiring PM cook positions.
Positions available are pizza station & pasta/antipasti station. No late nights! Pizza is responsible for starting the coal burning oven, setting up the station, working service, and closing the kitchen. Artisan pizza experience is preferred but we will train. Pasta/ antipasti is responsible for prepping and setting up the stations, cooking pastas & antipasti to order, and closing the kitchen. position starts at $18 and goes up to 21 as soon as all stations are learned.
