RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare pizza menu offerings in accordance with recipe and quality standards
Maintains a clean and sanitary work station in accordance with health standards
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Stock inventory appropriately
Perform other duties as assigned by Chef
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in pizza production and knowledge of variety and regionality of italian pizza
Previous experience working with wood burning oven, convection oven and other commercial kitchen equipment
Strong communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work on-site for assigned schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
