We’re building a passionate, tight-knit team that thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen — and we’re looking for a skilled Sauté/Grill Line Cook to join us.

What You’ll Do:

Work the sauté and grill stations during dinner service with consistency and precision Execute dishes according to recipe specs and plating standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and surrounding areas Assist with prep and mise en place for your station Communicate clearly and effectively with the rest of the kitchen team Follow health and safety regulations and uphold kitchen best practices Jump in where needed — we run lean and support each other

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in a high-volume or upscale kitchen Strong sauté and grill skills (experience with Japanese ingredients is a plus, but not required) Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Calm under pressure and attentive to detail Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Weekend and evening availability
