• We are seeking a passionate and skilled part-time Cook to join our culinary team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The part-time Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food preparation and cooking techniques adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the planning of menus and daily specials based on seasonal ingredients and availability.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to create and maintain a positive, efficient, and productive work environment.
• Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Engage in daily prep work to ensure all ingredients and items are ready for service.
• Handle food waste and leftovers in accordance with company policies.
• Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

• Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role preferred.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
