Line Cook 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars 1 Dr Ml King Jr Avenue, Memphis, TN 38103 As a member of our Front of House team, you are the face of the restaurant, responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience marked by elegance, attentiveness, and professionalism. You will provide personalized service that reflects the high standards of fine dining.

Host/Hostess Server (Waitstaff) Bartender
FOH Supervisor Primary Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and wine pairings. Memorize menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Deliver courses with precision and elegance, following fine dining etiquette. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns. Coordinate timing with kitchen staff to ensure a seamless service flow. Maintain pristine appearance of dining area and ensure polished presentation. Handle reservations and manage seating to optimize guest experience.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants is essential. Extensive food, wine, and beverage knowledge preferred. Impeccable communication and customer service skills. Ability to remain calm and gracious under pressure. Professional appearance and demeanor. The Back of House team is responsible for executing high-level culinary techniques and maintaining the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency. BOH staff support the creative vision of the chef and ensure consistency and excellence in every dish.

Steward Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare and plate dishes with meticulous attention to detail and presentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times. Follow fine dining standards in portioning, garnishing, and plating. Work efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining quality. Assist in menu development and special tastings as needed. Manage food inventory, ordering, and waste reduction. Collaborate with FOH staff to ensure accurate and timely service.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in fine dining or high-end culinary environments. Strong foundation in classic and contemporary cooking techniques. Culinary school certification preferred. Exceptional knife skills and attention to culinary detail. Commitment to cleanliness and food safety standards.
