The Heritage at Brentwood is actively looking for a hospitality-minded Line Cook to join our growing team! Job Responsibilities Prepares all food and menu items according to Executive Chef guidance, standardized recipes and special dietary orders, including soups, appetizers, sides, and main dishes Ensures consistent excellence in quality, temperature and presentation of all food Maintains assigned workstation in a safe and sanitary condition Complies with standards for personal hygiene and dress code Knowledge of proper operation and maintenance of kitchen tools and equipment Works collaboratively and cooperatively with FOH to provide quality services to our residents Qualifications At least 3 years’ experience working as a prep/line cook in hotel, restaurant, country club or other similar industry Visit our website: https://www.theheritagelcs.com/careers/ Pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening are required; marijuana not included on pre-hire drug screening An Equal Opportunity Employer
