Daytime Grill Cook-Monday-Saturday-Closed Sundays-$19-$25HR with daily tips! (Experience Required!) Ground Restaurant 330 Mayfield Drive, Franklin, TN 37067 GROUND is a fast-casual restaurant concept in Franklin, TN. We have two locations and a food truck. We are currently hiring for part-time or full-time position!! We need a opening grill//line person possibly prep if extra hours are wanted. Can be all daytime or if you wnat full 40 hours possibly 1-2 night depending on if you can do prep in the morning. We are social, fast-paced, rewarding and our goal is to build a winning team where we have fun making great food consistently served quickly in a family friendly environment. Our kitchen is open so you must be friendly with guests even though the job is in the kitchen. We are constantly changing things in order to streamline our process and keep up with the times. You must be open to change.

Our plan is to open a location hopefully in 2026! We are currently hiring for location in Cool Springs .• We need hard working, energetic, friendly applicants. This is a predominantly grill cooking position. You must however be able to do all positions on the line(except cashier). Experience is a must! Pay is $14hr for first 3 shifts and then tips added to make a guaranteed combined rate of $19HR-$25+HR
