DETAILER

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for cleanliness and presentation, and is passionate about delivering vehicles that exceed customer expectations. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining our dealership’s reputation for excellence in vehicle appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and detail both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including vacuuming, shampooing, waxing, polishing, and engine bay cleaning. Wash vehicles to remove dirt, grease, and grime using cleaning agents, brushes, cloths, and hoses. Apply protective finishes to ensure long-lasting vehicle shine and cleanliness. Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and identify any missed areas for correction. Perform light cosmetic touch-ups such as buffing and scratch removal. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detail bay and supplies. Operate detailing equipment safely and effectively (buffers, steamers, vacuums, etc.). Assist with lot and inventory organization when needed. Follow all company safety procedures and protocols.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in automotive detailing preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a passion for quality work. Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Able to work in various weather conditions and be physically active throughout the day (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs).

Monday to Saturday (rotating schedule)

Full-time:

40+ hours per week Part-time positions are also available
