Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Auto Detailer in Madison, AL . Our client is a reputable company in the automotive industry focused on high-quality final assembly and detailing. The Auto Detailer role is responsible for preparing automotive vehicles to “showroom” clean condition and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility. Responsibilities of a Detail/Custodial position include: Cleaning automotive windows, upholstery, mirrors, carpet, and performing interior paint touch-ups Driving and fueling vehicles, and assisting with vehicle alignment processes Cleaning offices, bathrooms, and participating in facility maintenance projects (both interior and exterior) Using cleaning agents and tools such as scissors, air-powered tools, cordless drills, razor knives, paint buffers, paint brushes, vacuums, lawn equipment, and pressure washers Following safety protocols, including respirator use as required Job Requirements of a Detail/Custodial position:

REQUIRED

Experience and Education:

High school diploma or GED preferred Must be able to read, write, and read a tape measure Strong attention to detail is required Previous workshop or automotive detailing experience is a plus Must have a good attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to follow instructions Willingness to work overtime on the last full weekend of each month, and as needed to meet deadlines Must be physically able to reach, kneel, bend, stand, stoop, twist, and work in tight spaces or at heights Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
