Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a Detail Manager to oversee and manage the car detailing operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and possess expertise in car detailing techniques.

Duties:

• Manage and lead a team of detailers to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Conduct detailed inspections of vehicles post-detailing to ensure quality standards are met
• Train new detailers on proper techniques for cleaning, buffing, and window tinting
• Coordinate with the scheduling team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
• Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
• Drive vehicles to different locations as required

Skills:

• Prior experience in customer service, car wash, or custodial roles
• Proficiency in various detailing tasks including cleaning, buffing, and window tinting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results consistently
• Excellent communication skills to effectively lead and train a team
