The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail. As a Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, enhancing the overall customer experience. This role requires both technical skills in vehicle detailing and strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including interior and exterior detailing. Buff and polish surfaces to restore shine and remove imperfections. Conduct custodial tasks to maintain cleanliness in the work area. Drive vehicles safely to and from detailing stations. Wash, wax, and clean vehicles using appropriate techniques and products. Apply window tinting as needed, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored. Qualifications Previous experience in vehicle detailing or related fields is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Familiarity with buffing techniques and cleaning products used in car washes. Ability to perform custodial duties as part of daily responsibilities. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
