As a Car Detailer at 2nd Chance, you will be responsible for cleaning, restoring, and maintaining the interior and exterior of vehicles to ensure they are in pristine condition. Your attention to detail and thorough work will help provide customers with a top-notch vehicle appearance and cleanliness, contributing to the overall customer satisfaction we strive for.
Responsibilities:
1. Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles, including interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring they are showroom-ready. 2. Perform careful inspection of vehicles to identify and address any cosmetic imperfections or blemishes. 3. Use specialized tools and products to clean and polish surfaces, including but not limited to paint, upholstery, and glass. 4. Vacuum and shampoo carpets, clean upholstery, and address any stains or odors to maintain a fresh and inviting interior. 5. Apply protective coatings and treatments to preserve the quality and appearance of vehicle surfaces. 6. Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and efficiently manage workload, ensuring timely delivery of detailed vehicles. 7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment. 8. Adhere to dealership policies and safety guidelines, promoting a clean and safe work environment. 9. Communicate effectively with other departments to meet customer expectations and dealership standards. 10. Stay informed about new detailing techniques, products, and industry trends to continuously improve skills and maintain a high level of service.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an automotive detailer or similar role. 2. Knowledge of various cleaning products, equipment, and detailing techniques. 3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. 4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 5. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 6.
