Auto Detailer National Auto Mall 1700 East Merritt Island Causeway, Merritt Island, FL 32952 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As an Automotive Detailer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the appearance of our vehicles and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing. Apply window tinting as needed to enhance vehicle aesthetics and privacy. Conduct custodial duties to maintain a clean work environment and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition. Detail vehicles meticulously, paying attention to every aspect from carpets to dashboards. Interact with customers in a friendly manner, addressing any questions or concerns regarding services provided. Drive vehicles safely within the premises for cleaning and detailing purposes. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low. Qualifications Previous experience in automotive detailing or related field is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement or additional care. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to perform custodial tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Familiarity with car wash techniques and products used in detailing is a plus. Capability of driving various types of vehicles safely and responsibly. Willingness to learn new skills related to buffing, window tinting, and advanced detailing techniques.
