Role:

This is a full-time position for an intermediate to advanced-level Automotive Detailer . You’ll be responsible for everything from quick washes after service work to full interior/exterior detailing and paint correction. If you believe a vehicle’s return condition is as important as the repair itself, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quick exterior washes following mechanical services
• Complete full interior and exterior details (shampooing, leather conditioning, stain removal)
• Execute buffing, polishing, and basic paint correction
• Ensure vehicles are returned clean, dry, and free of grease, residue, or smudges
• Maintain a clean, organized detail bay and supplies
• Communicate clearly with service staff on timelines or specific customer needs
• Protect all vehicles from the elements (closed windows, car covers, indoor storage when needed)

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Prior professional or self-employed detailing experience
• Comfort and skill using buffers, polishers, vacuums, and all detailing tools/products
• A strong work ethic and serious attention to detail—especially with high-end or vintage vehicles
• A punctual, respectful, self-motivated attitude
• The ability to work in a fast-paced shop while maintaining quality
• A “do it right the first time” mindset and willingness to ask when unsure
