In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. This position requires a strong attention to detail, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform thorough exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs or concerns. Operate car wash equipment safely and effectively, ensuring proper use of cleaning products and tools. Maintain cleanliness in the work area, including custodial duties such as sweeping and organizing supplies. Assist with additional services such as window tinting and detailing as needed. Drive vehicles safely within the car wash facility while adhering to all safety protocols. Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any maintenance issues promptly. Experience Previous experience in a car wash or detailing environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience with buffing, window tinting, or custodial work is a plus. A valid driver’s license is required for driving customer vehicles during the wash process. A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness are essential for success in this role.
