What You’ll Do:
- Perform full-service vehicle detailing (interior and exterior) at client locations
- Follow strict checklists and procedures
- Maintain a clean, respectful work environment and properly handle all tools
What We’re Looking For:
- Clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and personal accountability
- Great communication skills with customers and team leads
- Able to work independently and solve problems on the fly
- Willingness to upsell when appropriate (bonuses available)

Earn $13/hour during hands-on training as you learn the ropes and get certified. Typically 2-4 weeks
Level Up Fast:
Once certified, you’ll move to a flat-rate pay system where your earning power is in your hands. Work efficiently and you’ll average $18.75/hr or more, with top performers hitting $30+/hr.
