This full-time role includes salary-based pay plus monthly performance bonuses tied to sales, especially car wash membership growth. You’ll lead a small team, provide top-notch customer service, and help grow the business through hands-on management and smart decision-making. Room for growth throughout the business! Responsibilities 44 hours a week / one closing shift and one weekend shift required weekly Manage and supervise all daily site operations Hire, train, and schedule staff. Drive sales and promote membership program Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly Drive vehicles safely within the car wash facility as needed. Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the property Track inventory and reorder supplies when necessary Skills Previous manager experience in car wash or custodial services is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning results. Mechanically inclined; able to troubleshoot basic issues Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
