What You’ll Do:
- Perform full-service vehicle detailing (interior and exterior) at client locations
- Follow strict checklists and procedures
- Maintain a clean, respectful work environment and properly handle all tools
What We’re Looking For:
- Clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and personal accountability
- Great communication skills with customers and team leads
- Able to work independently and solve problems on the fly
- Willingness to upsell when appropriate (bonuses available)
Training & Pay Structure:

- Flat Rate Pay (Post-Training): $18.75+/hr equivalent, based on job type
