We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable Automotive Detailer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail, and enjoys working with cars in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality interior and exterior detailing services, including vacuuming, steam cleaning, shampooing, clay bar treatment, polishing, and waxing Drive to customer locations across the Tampa area in our fully equipped detailing van Handle paint enhancement techniques such as buffing and light scratch removal Safely and efficiently apply tire dressing, ceramic coatings, and other specialty add-ons Maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing equipment and supplies Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly manner—ensuring satisfaction at every appointment Handle basic scheduling updates and reporting when necessary Requirements & Qualifications Previous experience in automotive detailing or similar field preferred, but not required—training is available Ability to work independently and follow a detailed checklist with precision Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Punctual, dependable, and comfortable working outdoors year-round Customer-service mindset and strong interpersonal skills Why Join Optimal Detailing?
