The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and an eye for detail, as you will be working directly with clients to meet their expectations for vehicle appearance. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, and waxing. Buff surfaces to remove scratches and enhance the vehicle’s shine. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment used in detailing processes. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences. Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to identify areas requiring additional attention or repair. Assist with custodial duties as necessary to keep the facility in top condition. Maintain high standards of quality and consistency Work with team to meet deadlines and keep operations smooth Skills Proficiency in buffing techniques and equipment operation. Strong driving skills with a valid driver’s license. Excellent customer service skills to foster positive client relationships. Attention to detail in all aspects of vehicle cleaning and maintenance. Experience in car wash operations or detailing preferred. Ability to perform custodial tasks as part of maintaining the facility.
