The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive care and a keen eye for detail. As a Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. Your role is crucial in enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining the quality of our services. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior. Wash, wax, and buff vehicles to achieve a high-gloss finish. Clean windows and mirrors to ensure clarity and visibility. Apply window tinting as needed, adhering to legal guidelines and company standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing services. Maintain cleanliness in the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are organized and in good condition. Drive vehicles safely to various locations as required for detailing services. Experience Previous experience in car wash or detailing is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Familiarity with custodial duties is a plus, as maintaining a clean workspace is essential. Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs. Ability to operate various cleaning tools and equipment safely. Experience with buffing techniques is an advantage but not required.
