With a growing customer base and newly opened location, we are focused on expanding our Mobile Detailing Division and are actively seeking hardworking, motivated individuals to join our team for the summer. ⸻

Position Summary:

As a Mobile Detailer, you’ll work in a fully equipped company van alongside another team member, traveling to scheduled appointments to clean and detail customer vehicles. We detail anywhere from 3 to 15 cars per day. Candidates who demonstrate strong skills and reliability can work independently as Lead Detailers. We are hiring for multiple roles, including:

• Entry-Level Detailers (Level 1-2)
• Advanced Detailers (Level 3-5 and above)
• Team Leaders / Supervisors
• Managers Training is provided for all levels, and growth is highly encouraged.

We promote from within and offer advancement to Level 10 Master Detailers for those who are willing to learn and excel. ⸻

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform exterior and interior vehicle detailing
• Drive a company van to customer appointments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing equipment and supplies
• Provide excellent customer service on-site
• Upsell services to increase revenue and receive daily bonuses
• Assist in building long-term customer relationships
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Represent the company professionally at all times ⸻

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work at least 5 days a week
• Mobile detailing experience is preferred but not required
• we train from Level 1
• Level 3+ Detailers must be able to work independently and drive a company van
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, on-time, and self-motivated
• Team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license preferred (required for driver roles) ⸻

• Percentage-Based Pay per vehicle (15%
• 30%)
• Drivers start at a higher percentage
