Full Job Description Qualifications:

We are seeking an experienced Boat/Car Detailer with a deep understanding of proper detailing techniques and machinery, specifically for boats. Proficiency in buffing and extensive experience in using various cleaning products, degreasers, and waxes to achieve effective detailing results, particularly for boats.

Responsibilities:

Perform detailing tasks on various types of boats, including cleaning windows, upholstery, canvas, isinglass, bilges, and fiberglass. Remove dust, grease, and oil from exterior surfaces of boats. Utilize high-speed buffers and polishers to properly detail exterior surfaces. Ensure the use of proper products for the safe detailing of vessels. Maintain knowledge of various surface cleaners, degreasers, and waxes. Work independently or as part of a team with/without supervision. Must be adaptable to changing weather conditions while maintaining job performance standards. Possess strong communication skills and self-motivation.

Requirements:

Previous experience in boat/car washing and detailing. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is preferred. Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license. Ability to work well in a team environment or independently. Must have transportation to the workplace. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in various weather conditions.

$15.00 – $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

10 hour shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
