to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional vehicle detailing services, ensuring that each car meets our high standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Duties Perform thorough cleaning, polishing, and waxing of vehicles to enhance their appearance. Conduct interior detailing, including vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and cleaning upholstery. Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues that may need attention. Maintain inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment. Utilize software tools to track service records and manage customer interactions. Communicate effectively with customers regarding their needs and preferences. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns. Assist in marketing efforts through cold calling or promoting services to potential clients. Qualifications Previous experience in a dealership or automotive detailing environment is preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
