Mobile Detailer SpotWash 1601 Washington Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mobile Detailer to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality detailing services to vehicles at various locations, ensuring that every car leaves looking immaculate. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and customer satisfaction, along with the ability to work independently in a mobile setting.
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN RELIABLE VEHICLE TO GO TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS WITHIN SAME ZIP CODE TO SERVICE MULTIPLE VEHICLES. SUPPLIES WILL BE PROVIDED.
Duties Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including exterior washing, waxing, and buffing. Conduct interior cleaning, which includes vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and wiping down surfaces. Apply window tinting as needed, ensuring a professional finish that meets customer specifications. Maintain equipment and supplies in good working order, ensuring all tools are clean and ready for use. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about services rendered and addressing any concerns. Drive to various locations to perform detailing services, ensuring timely arrival at each appointment. Uphold safety standards while handling cleaning products and operating equipment. Skills Strong custodial skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality results. Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients. Proficiency in detailing techniques including buffing and cleaning methods specific to automotive care. Experience with car wash operations and knowledge of various cleaning products suitable for different surfaces. Ability to drive safely and efficiently to multiple job sites while adhering to traffic regulations. Familiarity with window tinting processes is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
