The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality detailing services to vehicles at various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and an eye for detail, ensuring that every vehicle is cleaned and polished to perfection. Duties Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, waxing, buffing, and vacuuming. Apply window tinting as needed, ensuring a professional finish. Utilize custodial skills to maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing equipment and supplies. Drive to various locations to provide mobile detailing services, ensuring timely arrival and service delivery. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Maintain accurate records of services performed on each vehicle. Stay updated on the latest detailing techniques and products to enhance service quality. Requirements Proven experience in customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with custodial tasks related to vehicle cleaning and maintenance. Skills in buffing and car wash techniques are preferred. A valid driver’s license is required for driving to client locations. Attention to detail is crucial for achieving high-quality results in vehicle presentation.
