Job Description:
Images Auto Spa is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Car Wash Manager to oversee the daily operations of our state-of-the-art facility. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily operations of the car wash to ensure smooth and efficient workflow Maintain all equipment, conduct regular inspections, and coordinate routine maintenance and necessary repairs to prevent downtime Ensure the property, including car wash bays, vacuum areas, waiting zones, and surrounding grounds, remains clean, organized, and safe at all times Hire, train, and lead staff members to deliver high-quality service and maintain operational standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and order replacements as needed Provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions or concerns professionally and promptly Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with environmental and operational regulations Monitor business performance and implement improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
