• 30 hours/week (Weds-Sat, 4PM-11PM) Job Summary MCO Auto Rentals is seeking a dependable Fleet Prep Specialist to help manage our Turo rental fleet in Orlando.

In this role, you’ll ensure vehicles are clean, organized, and guest-ready by handling check-ins/check-outs via the Turo app, performing light cleaning, and keeping our lot tidy. If you’re reliable, tech-savvy, and take pride in a job well done — we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Check vehicles in/out using the Turo app Clean and vacuum vehicles using a nearby automatic car wash and provided tools Ensure cars are guest-ready and properly parked Identify and report minor maintenance issues (e.g., oil lights, tire warnings) Charge Teslas and monitor their readiness Keep parking lot and vehicle lineup clean and organized Occasionally assist customers via app messaging or in-person vehicle guidance Complete other light-duty support tasks as needed Requirements 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps (especially Turo) Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs and work outdoors Reliable transportation to and from our lot near Orlando International Airport Available to work Wednesdays through Saturdays, 4PM to 11PM Eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor Prior experience in fleet support, detailing, or rental car operations is a plus What We Provide $14/hour compensation (paid weekly) Approx. 30 hours/week All tools and supplies (cleaning, charging, etc.) provided No mechanical work required Supportive management and clear workflows Growth potential as the company expands About MCO Auto Rentals We operate a high-turnover Turo car rental fleet near Orlando International Airport.
