Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Detailing Specialist to join our team. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring our vehicle fleet in the Orlando and Tampa markets remains clean, and in top condition. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform light mechanical checks to maintain vehicle readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean and detail the interior and exterior of company vehicles at out Orlando and Tampa locations.
• Perform routine inspections to identify vehicle damage or maintenance issues.
• Conduct mechanical checks during cleanings to ensure vehicle operability.
• Adhere to safety and cleaning protocols to uphold company standards.
• Coordinate with management to report maintenance concerns and supply needs.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in vehicle detailing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies as needed.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
