The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for all vehicles. Duties Supervise and train detailing staff to ensure adherence to company standards and procedures. Oversee the detailing process, including washing, buffing, waxing, and cleaning both the interior and exterior of vehicles. Manage customer service interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues to enhance customer satisfaction. Ensure proper techniques are used for window tinting and other specialized services as needed. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met. Drive vehicles as necessary for service delivery or repositioning within the facility. Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment in accordance with company policies. Qualifications Proven experience in vehicle detailing or a related field is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality results consistently. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Familiarity with custodial tasks and cleaning techniques specific to automotive care. Ability to operate various detailing equipment safely and effectively. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. A willingness to learn new skills related to automotive care, including advanced techniques in buffing and window tinting.
