We are seeking an exceptionally detail-oriented and self-motivated Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail to this role. As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include performing paint correction services, applying industry-leading ceramic coatings, completing interior and exterior detailing services, and preparing assigned vehicles for other services.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a range of paint correction services, from light polishes to full concourse-level detail packages. Apply industry-leading ceramic coatings to enhance the durability and appearance of vehicle surfaces. Execute comprehensive interior and exterior detailing services. Prepare assigned vehicles for additional services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Proper management and tracking of products. Time management skills. Attention to detail. Innovative solutions to installation problems that may arise. Working on your feet for 8 hours a day.

Requirements:

Proven experience in detailing with a portfolio of completed projects. Exceptional attention to detail, a keen eye for quality, and a commitment to perfection. Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Must be physically capable of standing and working on your feet for extended periods (8 hours a day).

Bonus Qualifications:

Expertise in wet sanding or touch-up paint application.
