- Pinellas Park, FL Black Label Marine Group, one of the fastest-growing marine dealerships in the country, is seeking a dependable, experienced Boat Detailer / Lot Operations Associate to join our team in Pinellas Park.
This full-time position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can manage tasks both independently and as part of a team. The right candidate will have prior detailing experience and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities
- Wash, dry, and professionally detail boats and trailers
- Prep boats for delivery and maintain a clean, showroom-ready presentation
- Maintain an organized and professional lot appearance
- Assist with boat shows, inventory check-ins, and general facility maintenance
- Operate forklifts, trailers, and related equipment (training available if needed) Requirements
- Prior experience detailing boats, vehicles, or similar equipment is required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work outside in Florida heat and humidity
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Must be punctual, dependable, and able to follow directions
