Detail Technician Ramirez Detailing Lakeland, FL 33801 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves performing various tasks related to vehicle maintenance and enhancement, ensuring that every vehicle meets our high standards of quality and cleanliness. Duties Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including interior and exterior surfaces. Buff and polish vehicle surfaces to restore shine and remove imperfections. Conduct custodial duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Provide window tinting services with precision and care, ensuring customer satisfaction. Drive vehicles as needed for service or customer delivery. Engage with customers to understand their needs, providing excellent customer service throughout the process. Maintain equipment used in the cleaning and detailing process, ensuring it is in good working condition. Skills Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work, particularly in cleaning and buffing vehicles. Experience with custodial tasks and maintaining cleanliness in work areas. Proficiency in car wash techniques, including the use of various cleaning products and tools. Knowledge of window tinting processes is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
