Supervisor Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join our team at Images Auto Spa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring vehicles are cleaned efficiently and to the highest standard. This role involves both manual and automated cleaning methods.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide information on wash packages and services. Pre-wash vehicles by hand to remove dirt and debris before entering the automated wash. Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently. Hand dry vehicles and perform additional detailing services if requested. Inspect vehicles post-wash to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met. Maintain cleanliness of the facility and car wash equipment. Assist with basic maintenance and reporting equipment issues. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Upsell services and memberships when appropriate.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in car wash or customer service is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation and punctuality required.
