In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and detailed to the highest standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing various cleaning techniques and equipment to enhance the appearance of our customers’ vehicles. Responsibilities Perform thorough exterior washes, including hand washing, and pressure washing Detail the interior of vehicles, ensuring all surfaces are clean and free of debris. Provide excellent customer service Drive vehicles safely within the car wash facility and parking areas. Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, including custodial duties to ensure a tidy workspace. Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in a car wash or detailing environment is preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Basic knowledge of cleaning products and techniques used in car washing and detailing. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred. Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed during the cleaning process.
