Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hand Car Wash Supervisor to join our team. As a Car Wash Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day responsibilities of running a hand car wash operations. Ensuring all vehicles are completed with top notch quality and exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities will include training of new car wash technicians, coaching new techniques and providing feedback to leadership/owner of areas to improve.

Duties:

• Opening or Closing responsibilities
• Managing Chemicals and ensuring all supplies are available for car wash techs
• Ensure vehicles are being completed thoroughly and with care.
• Training of new hires
• Supervising front counter area.
• Assist with washing and ensuring the wash area is being run efficiently

Experience:

• Previous experience in a car wash leadership is highly preferred
• Knowledge of car cleaning techniques, including buffing and detailing
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Bilingual is plus!
