In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles receive top-notch cleaning services while delivering excellent customer service. Your contributions will help maintain our reputation for quality and reliability. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their needs and inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash area and equipment. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Processing transactions for customers Positioning vehicles properly within the car wash Spotting potential problems with vehicles before the car wash services begin Observing car wash equipment and reporting issues Requirements Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Attention to detail to ensure high-quality results. Willingness to work in various weather conditions. Understanding of maintaining vehicle equipment and preventing damage Verbal communication skills Must be in the Camdenton area, could lead to maintaining 4 other carwashes in the surrounding area.
