The ideal candidate will have a passion for vehicles and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves cleaning, buffing, and detailing vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation. The Automotive Detailer will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience by ensuring that every vehicle looks its best. Responsibilities Perform thorough hand washing/drying of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing. Head light restoration. Must be trainable!! Conduct custodial duties to maintain cleanliness in the detailing area. Drive vehicles safely to and from the detailing area as required. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with detailing services. Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols while handling cleaning products and equipment. Stay updated on the latest detailing techniques and products to improve service quality. Qualifications Previous experience in automotive detailing or related fields is preferred but not required. Skills in buffing, and general car wash techniques are highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
