Detailer Birmingham Mitsubishi Diberville, MS 39540 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and an eye for detail, making sure every vehicle meets our quality expectations. May also be asked to make deliveries and pick up around the dealership. Need an individual that requires little direction and a self-starter. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including interior and exterior detailing. Wash, wax, and buff vehicles to achieve a high-gloss finish. Vacuum and shampoo carpets and upholstery, ensuring all surfaces are spotless. Clean windows inside and out to provide clear visibility. Apply protective coatings and treatments as needed. Assist with minor repairs or maintenance tasks as required. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment. Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Skills Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and aesthetics. Experience in car washing, buffing, and detailing preferred but not required. Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and responsibly. Customer service skills to interact positively with clients. Familiarity with custodial duties related to vehicle maintenance is a plus. Knowledge of window tinting techniques is advantageous but not mandatory.
