Car Detailer Ninja Mobile Detail Madison, MS Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall appearance of our vehicles and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces. Conduct car wash services with attention to detail, ensuring all areas are spotless. Maintain cleanliness in the detailing area and adhere to custodial standards throughout the facility. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with detailing services. Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues before and after detailing, reporting findings as necessary. Utilize appropriate cleaning products and techniques to ensure high-quality results while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Previous experience in automotive detailing or related fields is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and vehicle care. Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and efficiently your own vehicle that must be insured. Familiarity with detailing techniques is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in custodial work or car wash services is beneficial. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
