The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and detailed to meet our high standards. This role requires attention to detail, a passion for cleanliness, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform exterior washing, waxing, and buffing of vehicles to ensure a spotless finish. Detail the interior of vehicles, including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning windows. Drive vehicles safely through the car wash process and park them in designated areas. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered. Maintain cleanliness of the car wash facility and equipment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist with custodial tasks as needed to keep the work environment tidy. Experience Previous experience in a car wash or detailing environment is preferred but not required. Skills in buffing and detailing vehicles are highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients. Experience in custodial work is a plus. A valid driver’s license is required for driving customer vehicles safely.
