In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and maintained to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall appearance of our vehicles and providing an exceptional experience for our clients. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces. Conduct custodial tasks such as vacuuming/cleaning carpets, cleaning windows, and detailing upholstery. Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues that need attention and report them accordingly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing services. Drive vehicles safely within the premises for cleaning and maintenance purposes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment. Maintain lot and grounds as needed. Skills Valid North Carolina Driver License. Experienced in Automotive Detailing is required. Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness. Proficiency in detailing techniques including buffing and polishing. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients. Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and responsibly. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
