Responsibilities:

Responsible for effectively managing and communicating with team as well as delegating tasks Perform administrative duties such as verifying and tracking production levels and creating work schedule for team Oversee the quality control of vehicles Responsible for management / usage of chemical inventory Provide strong leadership and supervise staff Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors Thoroughly washing, buffing and waxing exteriors, vacuuming, steaming, and deodorizing interiors Using cleaning, protective and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles Maintain professional behavior at all times

Qualifications & Skills:

High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license with good driving record Minimum of 3 years of consistent Detailing Management experience at a Dealership Availability to work weekends and some holidays Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills required Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality Employment verification and background check will be performed

Monday – Saturday, 9am – 6pm
