North Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28206 Job Overview I have one immediate opening for an automotive sander. This is a production shop we sand 8-9 cars per day.
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON.

Responsibilities Operate various sanding equipment and power tools to prepare vehicle surfaces for painting. Perform detailed sanding on vehicles, ensuring all surfaces are smooth and ready for finishing. Assist in the maintenance of tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions related to the sanding process. Handle heavy lifting as required, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency and safety. Experience Previous experience in auto painting or vehicle maintenance is preferred. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
