Role:

We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Boat Washer to join our team. In this hands-on position, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of a variety of boats, ensuring they meet the highest standards before returning to customers or heading out on the water. Ideal candidates take pride in their work, enjoy working outdoors, and understand the importance of meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Thoroughly wash, rinse, and dry boats of all sizes, both interior and exterior Remove dirt, grime, salt, stains, and other build-up from hulls and decks Apply protective waxes and finishes as needed Use cleaning agents, and other tools safely and effectively Inspect boats for any damage or needed repairs and report findings Work independently or as part of a small team with minimal supervision

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies up to 50 lbs Experience with marine cleaning products and techniques is a plus, but not required Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential Previous experience in boat detailing, car washing, or similar work preferred
